If your device is damaged, you are welcome to visit your nearest authorised C&C service centre or store. Once C&C Care has been taken out and verified for your device, the claims process will begin.
C&C Care is an additional service that covers the risk of damage to your device. C&C Care is valid for one year and must be activated at the same time as the purchase of the device and can be extended for a further 12, 24 or up to 36 months, if done before the current contract period expires.
C&C Care covers the repair of the device in case of accidental damage and also includes the replacement of the device if it cannot be repaired.
