Through our whistleblowing system, unethical, illegal or other misconduct within C&C Sweden can be reported anonymously by employees, former employees or other external parties, without risk of personal consequences.
Information to Consider Before Making a Report
By law, what you report to the whistleblowing function must be in the public interest to come to light. Financial crime, corruption, bribery, serious forms of harassment can be misconduct where there is a public interest in coming to light. It may also involve, for example, environmental crime or safety risks to life and health. The misconduct does not have to be current or ongoing; it can also involve the reporting of past misconduct.
Those who can report misconduct are employees, former employees or other persons who in any way carry out work on behalf of C&C (for example, consultants or trainees). You cannot report if you are a relative of someone who has experienced misconduct.
When reporting, the incident or suspicion is investigated to ensure that the activities are conducted in a lawful, sustainable and safe manner. The whistleblowing system should not be used for general grievances or those that can be resolved by direct contact with the persons concerned. False allegations will not be accepted and may result in disciplinary action.
