We offer free shipping

For online purchases over 2000 SEK, we offer free shipping when you choose PostNord MyPack as the delivery method. The normal delivery time for orders from our web warehouse is 1–3 business days. For backordered products, the delivery time is 2 to 8 weeks. Deviating delivery times may occur.

If an item should be out of stock in the web warehouse but available in one of our stores, the product will not automatically be sent from the store, but we will wait for delivery from the distributor to our web warehouse before the product is shipped to you as a customer.

If an item should be out of stock in one of our stores but available in the web warehouse, the product will not automatically be shipped from the web warehouse to the store, but we will wait for delivery to the store before the customer is contacted for the pickup of the item in the store.

Delivery method

PostNord MyPack via agent: Typically, delivery takes place the day after the order has been sent from us. You will receive a text message and pick up the package at the nearest pick-up point. The shipping cost is 99 SEK including VAT. If you shop for more than 2,000 SEK, we will cover the shipping cost.

PostNord home delivery: Your package is delivered to your door, but if you live in a detached house or townhouse, you can choose a different delivery location. When we have delivered, you will get a notification via email or text message. It is therefore extra important to provide accurate delivery information. The cost for home delivery is 199 SEK including VAT.

Pick up in store: Your order is compiled at the store you have chosen. When the order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email confirmation of this. You can also choose to get the confirmation via text message, please write a comment about this if desired. On our e-commerce site, you can check the availability of each product in your nearest store.

Company package: Your order is sent with PostNord's corporate package. Delivery usually takes place before 4:00 PM the day after the order has been sent from us. The cost for a company package is 71 SEK excluding VAT.

Foodora Express: Your order is sent with Foodora directly to your door within 90 minutes. You will receive a text message when the package is on the way and can then follow your order in real-time. Applies to weekdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM in downtown Stockholm. If there is a door code to the property where you live, it needs to be provided.

Return Policy

If you wish to make a return, please email kundservice@cec.com. In the email, specify the reason for the return, your name, and the order number or consignment note number.

The return should be sent back in the original packaging or other suitable packaging for the product, and must be well packed in proper outer packaging. Any transport damages due to insufficient packaging will be charged to you as the customer. All returns to C&C Sweden must be sent with PostNord business package to the following address:

Online payment methods

As a corporate customer, you can pay by invoice. If you are a new customer, a customary credit check will be carried out. If credit is not approved, you will be notified and offered another payment method.‍
