Apple Leadership Academy is a practical three-day training for leaders in the education sector. You will learn important leadership principles that promote innovation and growth.
Participants explore future challenges, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to create innovative visions, strong teams, and an inspiring culture. They also learn to think anew about measurement and develop strategies to engage their surroundings in realizing their visions.
During the training, leaders acquire new skills to increase productivity and improve communication with Apple's tools. Apple Leadership Academy is based on collaboration, where participants share insights and creative solutions for leading with Apple.
At the same time, they create a strategic plan based on their reflections and lessons, ready to be used to drive change in their own organizations.
